Very intense, broad and persistant. It starts with a raising intensity of spices; then, after having passed the first year it recieves even a note of oriental spice reminding of cinnamon. |
Flavour: |
Elegante, armonico e complesso sia al naso sia al palato. Il suo calore naturale si unisce alla morbidezza dei tannini ed alla persistenza dellaroma. Sensazione finale lievemente vegetale : tipica. |

Primi piatti saporiti e risotti di funghi. Carni rosse grigliate,
