SPUMANTE BRUT
Produced according to the Charmat
process, the wine is kept in autoclaves to build foam and
subsequently to exposure it to leavening for a period lasting
no less than six month. It is of a brilliant straw-yellow
colour with an intense, harmonious aroma and fruity taste.
It is dry in taste, well structured and balanced. Its alcoholic
content is 12,3 %.
Best served at 6-8 °C, it ideally accompanies light hors
d'oeuvres, raw oysters, fish terrines, truffle and clam sautés,
fried food and medium-mature cheeses.
