The result of the vinification of a blend of the best Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, once its alcoholic and malolactic fermentation process is over, it is stored in oak barrels for approximately 12 months. It is allowed to age for another year in bottles. It possesses a very intense red colour with pleasant violet reflections. Its bouquet is spicy, enveloping and complex with varietal characteristics harmonising with boisé. Its taste is broad, warm and full-bodied, with a slightly woody note. It has a lingering aftertaste, with very delicate, sweet tannins. It is a wine meant for hearty grilled, roasted meat or game dishes. Alcohol content: 13,5 %.

Cabernet Franc Lison – Pramaggiore D.O.C.

With an intensive ruby red colour and a rich, classic scent of the grape. Harmonic, well structured and dry. Excellent with grilled meat, poultry and hearty cheese. Alcohol content:13,0%.

Merlot Lison – Pramaggiore D.O.C.

Ruby red, it has an intense arome and is slightly herbaceous. It is reasonably astringent, with a good structure. During meals it ideally accompanies food flavoured with meat sauces and roasted meats. Its alcoholic grade is 12,9 %.

Refosco dal P.R. Lison – Pramaggiore D.O.C.

A local wine whose name, directly referring to the red stem joining the stalk to the grape bunches, it was originally used by local wine growers to differentiate it from lower-quality types of Refosco. It has an intense violet colour. Its bouquet is delicious, tasting of mature grapes and violets. On the palate it is flavourful, with a fully body and nerve.
A wine with an austere character, it is elegantly matched with complicated dishes or spicy food. Alcohol content: 13,0 %.
