Obtained from Merlot and red-stemmed Refosco grapes selected from the property's wineyards. The grapes, picked when fully mature, are immediately made to ferment in oxygen-free enclosures for about 10 or 12 days (carbon maceration). Its main characteristics are its fragrance and freshness, which, along with a trace of maraschino cherry and underbush given by the Refosco grapes, renders it particularly identifiable. A very smooth and inviting wine due to its low tanninic content and balanced structure. Alcohol content: 12,5 % vol.

Serve cool at 12-14 °C.
