Vinifaction: The selected bunches are gathered together then interned in an oxygen free environment for a minimun of 10-12 days (carbonic maceration). After pressing the grapes very softly then allowing a fermentation to alcohol with slected yeasts.

Bouquet:
Fresh and young from mature and violet colored grapes to the senses the earthy tones confer upon the refosco grape a pleasing soft tannin, a balanced structure and particular fragrance in the nose.
Taste:

Soft, knowing, inviting for its low level tannin and balanced structures.

Best served at:
12-14°C
Accompainment :
Optimal as an aperitif with foods that are not very demanding in general.
